At Villa Sinclair, Beach suites & SPA, we do small intimate weddings from just the couple to larger events of up to 50.  We can do small weddings (up to 10) inside our historic 1940 Spanish mansion or up to 50 people on our tropical Patio . From very elegant weddings to informal events, we have a garden setting with Exotic Plants, Palm Trees, Flowers, Outside Bar & Barbecue, Pone with Fountain, Gazebo & Hot tub, as Brides and Grooms look for totally uncommon experiences on their special day. And Villa Sinclair Beach Suites & SPA, with its stately Great 1 bedroom suites, Exotic Patio, exclusive Beach location, and friendly staff is proud to be a place many couples are choosing to begin their lives together. Of course we'll work with you throughout the planning process to make sure your special day is one you will always remember.

 To book the entire Villa, we require 4 Days - 3 Nights Minimum for 14 to 22 persons accommodation.
 Our Services may include the following upon your wishes:

• One hour private massage for both the bride and groom to help ease any pre-wedding jitters.
• Parking for all the guests!
• Parking attendant to facilitate

• Assistance with coordination of the event

• Up to 6 Suites apartments (accommodations for up to 15 guests)
• Patio Facilities for the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception
• A non-denomination minister to officiate
• Bridal suite for the evening filled with Flowers, candles & Music 
• Luxurious Tropical French Breakfast served in the Bridal suite the following morning.
• Ceremony right on the property, with choice of location (such as the beaches or  Villa Sinclair, Beach Suites & SPA patio", or another romantic backdrop and leave all the decorations and details to us.

We can do small weddings for just the couple that can include also Witnesses for the event.

Requirements: Arrive on Friday morning at Villa Sinclair, Beach Suites & SPA to ensure you receive the necessary documentation, wedding day set on Saturday or Sunday.

Documents required: passport and birth certificate & Driver license, also if applicable a divorce decree absolute, death certificate of previous spouse, and/or name change by deed poll affidavit stating single status.
