this time frame is by appointment, please make note that our home

above. Your suite has been prepared for you & we will receive you
personally at the time convenient for you (even late...)
For late
arrival, call us, we will make arrangement so you will get access tom
your keys at your time of arrival.

know before we will make everything possible upon the arrival of our

For early check out, we have a drop mail box for your Keys & Parking pass at the Entrance,

Communication:
$15.00 one time Communication fee per stay up to a week in cash will be required at check in.

With Unlimited Local & long Distance calls & fax in the continental USA in every Suite
International calls, assisted calls, directory are charged $1.50/minute
900 calls will be charged double of their actual rates.
Your suite is equipped with Phone, Fax, Answering machine, Caller ID
& data Port for Fast Access Internet with Villa Sinclair Network.
Loging into our Network with WI FI, Data PORT or placing a call or
sending 1 fax will activate the Communication connection fee of
$15/week/stay/suite which every come first.
Windows XP or Vista is required to operated on our Network
Hollywood Beach offers FREE Fast Access WI FI Internet access accessible from the beach & the Cafes terraces,
(bring your lap top)
if your WI FI card is not up to date.
If you don't have your Lap top, We have now a Business Center

We offer Daily, Weekly Housekeeping & Linen Services
Our Daily & Weekend & weekly rates include daily (Monday to
Saturday- NO service on Sunday) housekeeping with refreshment of your
suite. Our weekly rates include daily refreshment & a weekly
complete housekeeping with set of weekly fresh cleaned linen the day of
arrival and full cleaning the day or departure. Our Summer Monthly rate
includes House keeping every 2 weeks with set of fresh cleaned linen
the day or arrival in the full cleaning in mid-month of your stay and
full cleaning the day or departure.

your suite from sodas & juice, wine, Chips, peanuts, chocolate to
electric tooth brush, razor, Women intimate, Victoria's Secret
Lotion etc.. Feel free to use them at your convenience, we will charge
you upon consumption only & deducted from your security deposit. In
your suite's book you will also find an exhaustive list of
- Full Mini Bar , SPA Basket, Sundries with Menu on your fridge & in your "In suite" Book
- Complete set of towels changed any day you want, (10 Towels) $10.00
- Complete set of bed sheet for additional person or change any day you want, $15.00
- 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th person staying overnight in the suite: $10/night/person
- Baby Sitting: $10/kid/hour - 4 hours minimum. - 4 Kids maximum per suite.

Cancellation for Any reason:
At the time you make your reservation, (not greater than 90 days)
You will be charged on your credit card for the 50% per suite 60 days prior arrival,
You will be charged on your credit card for the 50% per suite 30 days prior arrival,
If you reserve for 1 day or, 2, or 3 days, instead, the full amount will be charged upon reservation.
It will appear under Villa Sinclair Hollywood, on your credit card statement
When processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your suite is effectively reserved.
You can also, send us your 50% security deposit by check
or money order by mail 60 days or more before your date of check in, Attention, we will hold a Reservation
3 days without proper payment & deposit, after that, your suite will be released.
Cancellation before 60 days prior date of check in : 100% refund of your deposit.
Cancellation from 59 to 30 days prior Arrival: 50% of your entire stay,
per suite will NOT be refund but it is transferrable to a third party upon your written approval.
The Full amount of your entire stay corresponding to your reservation period is due 30 days prior arrival.
The Full amount of your stay will NOT be refundable
in case of Cancellation for any reason if receive within 29 days or less
of your arrival. All cancellation must be sent in writing by email,
by fax or by certified mail to be considered valid,
please confirm with us by phone that we did receive your cancellation on time.
(60 days or more before check in date for 100% refund)
Reservation are transferrable to your Family & Friends or Work acquaintance with confirmation

Hurricane Cancellation Policy:
Villa Sinclair will refund your stay only in case of Mandatory evacuation by the Authorities
for the number of days, our Hotel will be closed.
Please, make note that Villa Sinclair is equipped with New Hurricane Impact windows
Flood wall, & wind Resistant fence surrounding the property
& a Portable 35K Silent Generator able to power the entire Villa in the event of power outage
& we have an Outside cleaning contract of our property post Hurricanes
which guaranty re-opening of our Hotel within 1 or 3 days after each Hurricane & assessement of damages
Villa Sinclair will not refund nor credit your stay,
As soon as the authorities have lift the mandatory evacuation in Hollywood Beach
& starting the day we are re-opened for business.

All suites are NO Smoking - NO pets only:
Steam cleaning & Cleaner services for smoking or bringing a pet in your suite will be charged $200.00 + taxes.
We invite our Guests to avoid cooking strong smelly food inside, like
fish or any ethnic food that may smell long after cooking, Management
reserve the right to charge up to $200.00 for steam cleaning &
Cleaner services if you leave your apartment with a strong smell that
may incommode our next guests, Please use Outside Barbecue with
Aluminum paper. Lock replacement for lost keys will be charged $200.00
+ taxes; Lost keys of the safe, will be charged $200.00. Each suite has
an exhaustive list of items for sale with retail price upon request, if
you like them, except for the unique artwork, we have everything new in
stock and you can buy it from us.
Remember to lock your suite during your stay, the registered guest is responsible for all items in it.
We very careful check list everything before & after each guest
check in & check out. We will deduct from your security deposit or
your credit card on file any item missing or broken and we will just
consider it (them) sold.
Registration:
You must register at check in with a Valid Credit Card, Visa,
MasterCard or Discover

& a Valid Driver License, Picture ID or Passport matching your form of payment,
Full Payment of your entire stay is due at check in. NO refund for early departure
